I have been playing keyboard instruments since the age of 8 and after being coached by local teachers gained the LLCM diploma. I then attended the London College of Music, where my main fields of study were piano and singing, and gained the degree of GLCM. After a short period as a classroom teacher I decided to specialise in instrumental tuition.

I have been a church organist and have extensive experience in the recording studio.  I have sung in the Hamburg Opera Chorus, the Halle Choir in Manchester and in several London choirs.

I have been a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians - www.ism.org - for many years and hold an Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate.
